???? Meet Anum during her workshop!!

Anum Gulzar has come a long way for her passion for baking and cuisine. She moved to Leuven, Belgium with her husband in 2019, and is hoping to continue working with her passion and eager to share her knowledge and love for food!

Dr Anum Gulzar completed her Bachelor's in Dental Surgery from Karachi, Pakistan in 2013. After graduating, she joined Sir. Syed Medical and Dental College as a lecturer, and also volunteered as a trainer for under-privileged girls at Manzil Educational Organization, Karachi. From 2016–17, she went to Le Cordon Bleu, Istanbul and completed her 9 months diploma in French Patisserie. After coming back to Pakistan, Anum worked as an internee at the Ramada International Hotels, Islamabad. Later, she developed her home-based business as a freelance pastry chef for local cafes, and conducted workshops on Pakistani Cuisine and French Patisserie.

Chana pulao is one of the famous rice dishes in Pakistan. This aromatic simple and easy to make pulao is served with​ salad and raita.

When it comes to starter or side dish shami kebab are famous in Pakistan. Make it freeze it and enjoy it as a snack or as a side dish.
