Iedereen wil gelukkig zijn maar heel dikwijls overkomen er ons dingen die ons ongelukkig maken. Met de mindfulness 8 weken training leren we beter om te gaan met wat het leven brengt. Je leert vaardigheden om minder snel meegesleurd te worden door intense emoties, pijn of stress. Je wordt veerkrachtiger tegenover stress, burnout of depressie.
