Partner Yoga: therapy & fun
In this course, we are going to explore the art of yoga and healing through the body of each other.
Partner yoga is nothing sensual or tantric but a great way to connect with yourself through others, deepen your own practice and learn new massage techniques to help the body strengthen and recover faster.
You will gain an understanding on the flow of energy in the body, where it may be blocked, and how to use breath, gravity, body weight and touch to free up these blockages.
Notice, that this class doesn t require you to have a partner and it s suitable as well for beginners, as for advanced practitioners.
